System Administrator Team Lead

• Managing and overseeing AlAhly Momkn's IT infrastructure while leading a team of system administrators.
  
• Ensure efficient system operations and optimal team performance.
  
• Design, Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based servers and workstation environments.
  
• Design, Install, configure, and maintain virtualization environment (VMware ESXi &VCenter)
  
• Design, Install, configure, and maintain NAS and SAN storage.
  
• Implementation and Configuration of Virtualization Desktop System, Remote Desktop System.
  
• Perform regular system backups.
  
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
  
• Configure and manage network-related services, such as DNS, DHCP, and server firewalls.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer science, or a related IT field
  
• 6-8 years of experience in System Administration.
  
• Experience in Windows Servers, IBM storage, VMware, Veeam, Commvault & Kaspersky is a must.
  
• Additional certifications (MCITP, VCP, VMCE) are often preferred.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
