Job Purpose:


The Marketing Manager – Aftersales & AutoCentral is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation across Aftersales and AutoCentral businesses.

The successful candidate will bring strong dealership industry experience, ideally within automotive, trucks, commercial vehicles, or heavy machinery, with exposure to Service and Parts operations. This role requires a hands-on marketer with expertise in campaign management, customer retention initiatives, digital marketing, and event planning and execution.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, retention, and conversion through integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase workshop traffic, parts sales, and customer engagement.
  • Organize and manage customer events, product launches, trade shows, roadshows, dealer activations, and industry exhibitions to support business growth and brand visibility.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to maximize ROI.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Service, Aftersales, and Parts teams to ensure alignment on business priorities and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage media, digital, creative, and event agencies to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and improve brand performance.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and events.

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, including experience in a managerial role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience within an automotive, truck, commercial vehicle, machinery, or dealership environment.
  • Strong understanding of Aftersales operations, Service, Parts, Customer Retention, and Workshop Marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
