Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled FM Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. The FM Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our properties, ensuring that they are kept in excellent condition and meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and possess excellent technical and problem-solving skills.

Core Responsibilities:

Oversee facilities operations and maintenance activities across multiple projects and communities to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.

Conduct regular site inspections and walkthroughs to identify operational, maintenance, quality, and safety-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of in-house teams, contractors, and service providers, ensuring compliance with Management, company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the property development industry.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
