Role and Responsibilities
DISPATCHER & CSR
- Answering multi-line phones and emails from customers, prioritizing service calls and accurately tracking all dispatched calls.
- Detailed data entry including customer information, address, telephone numbers, memos, invoices and attachments.
- Able to professionally make outbound calls to a variety of customers in order to schedule maintenance, repairs (Parts, Installations etc.) or additional services turned in by the technicians.
- Present a professional image of the company in all methods of communication (verbal, written or in person) &Maintain a POSITIVE ATTITUDE at all times.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a scheduling or service dispatching in the construction industry, in HVAC preferred.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office Outlook & multi-line telephone system.
- Strong history in customer relations.
- Must be able to read, write & speak English fluently; verbal Spanish fluency a plus.
- Must be able to follow and enforce company policies.
- Must be able to pass an immediate drug test.
