How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Systematically run the asset optimizer and execute the changes to adjust the ASU production.
- Within the scope of remote operation, communicate plant related information and coordinate site activities with the site operation team.
- Drive and act up on internal/external customer interactions
- Key stakeholder of "industrial crisis management"
- Deliver & actively participate in an effective shift-handover (ongoing activity, safety/reliability/efficiency activity, critical tank level , most critical alert, etc.)
- Drive assigned continuous improvement projects (C-IMP) and report associated benefit (when necessary lead project risk and mitigation planning)
Are you a MATCH?
- Degree in Chemical Engineering and/or Process Control or equivalent.
- 1 - 5 years of experience as a Plant/Process Engineer involved in Operations or Operations Management will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Ability and willingness to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule (including weekends and public holidays).
- Must be fluent in communication in English, both verbal and written.
- Keen to cope and leverage digital tools.
- Excellent communication skills to deal with multiple stakeholders, high autonomy and able to learn fast.
- Demonstrated good flexibility and resilience.
