Operations Technician (12-hours shift)

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Monitor plant processes via DCS, track monthly checklists, and report abnormal alarms or plant upsets immediately to the supervisor.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections, log readings to reduce downtime, and perform temperature checks on SMR tubes and cold collectors.
- Conduct regular testing on cooling water, demineralized water, and boiler water, escalating any deviations from standard specifications.
- Handle the loading and unloading of raw materials and products according to SOPs, and liaise with pipeline customers to maintain product supply quality and volume.
- Coordinate equipment handovers with maintenance teams by performing proper system isolations and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Work toward zero accidents by reporting near-misses, attending monthly safety meetings, fulfilling CERT team duties, and completing required LMS training.
- Support ISO 9001 implementation through strict documentation control and assisting with auditor queries.
Are you a MATCH?
- Possess a Diploma in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation engineering or any relevant studies
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience within the manufacturing or chemical industry
- Maintain a foundational understanding of basic maintenance principles and practices.
