Who are we?
CARBAGAS AG, a company of the Air Liquide Group, produces and supplies high-quality gasses for industrial and medical application among others. In parallel, the company develops and settles tailored gas systems in technical terms. We are everywhere in your daily life and you do not see us! From the gas in your lemonade to the chip in your smartphone through the reduction of gas emission, we take part to our customers’ innovative development of applications.
How will you contribute and grow?
Inspiring leadership of the 4 Swiss production sites, the central warehouse, and the entire supply chain
Empathetic management and development of 6 dedicated department heads
Ensuring excellent operational processes, taking into account the highest safety standards, Integrated Management System (IMS) processes, and compliance
Strategic budget responsibility for maintenance and continuous process optimization
Active shaping and implementation of the supply chain strategy with a focus on efficiency and cost management
Identification and validation of forward-looking investment projects
Responsibility for an exemplary Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) plan in line with internal and external guidelines
Confident communication and oversight of internal guidelines for continuous development
Optimization of procurement and sales processes for maximum market impact
Consistent promotion of a lived safety and quality culture
Are you a match?
Completed degree in engineering or a technical field (process engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar) with a proven track record in production, logistics, or supply chain
Charismatic leadership personality with a genuine hands-on / "doer" mindset, able to inspire people and develop teams to peak performance
Strong communication skills and a passion for actively driving change processes
Sound expertise in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management, Integrated Management System (IMS), and modern Lean methodologies
Excellent English skills, German and French is an advantage
Strong business acumen paired with the ability to translate visions into concrete strategies
Entrepreneurial personality with strong decisiveness and a solution-oriented approach
Willingness to travel up to 60% within Switzerland
