How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


As a NCE Business Developer for the Food and Pharma markets, you will be responsible for introducing Air Liquide's innovative technologies to the food and pharmaceutical sectors. Your role combines expert knowledge in food technology and biochemistry with active business development. The primary goal of this position is not just sales, but focuses heavily on technical consulting, conducting client trials, and implementing solutions that optimize production processes.
It is field-based role covering the following voivodeships: Podlaskie, Mazowieckie, Łódzkie, Śląskie, Małopolskie, Świętokrzyskie, Podkarpackie, and Lubelskie.


Key responsibilities:

Developing sales activities in the food market

Selecting potential clients – identifying customer needs

Understanding and promoting the technical offer to potential and existing clients

Developing technical solutions

Achieving sales targets in terms of acquiring new clients and growing existing ones

Conducting trials of proposed technologies (on-site at client facilities or at AL)

Supervizing implemented solutions from a technical standpoint (client audits)

Implementing new technologies and applications in the Polish market

Promoting Air Liquide's image within the food and pharmaceutical industries

Press publications in food industry magazines

Preparing for and actively participating in conferences, seminars, and food industry trade shows

Building and expanding knowledge of the food and pharmaceutical markets

Continuously broadening technical expertise, market knowledge, and competitor offerings

Knowing common offerings and applications in the field and ensuring their ongoing development

Are you a MATCH?


Profile:

Master's degree in Food Technology, Biochemistry, or a related field

Keen interest in food and pharmaceutical technologies

Good command of spoken and written English and fluent Polish

Readiness for frequent travel across Poland (including overnight stays)

Highly motivated and goal-oriented with strong priority management skills

Strong relationship-building skills, customer focus, and the ability to anticipate client needs

Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
