How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


Nordic Infucare is looking for a proactive, people-oriented Medical Advisor or Medical Science Liaison MSL (pending prior experience) to join our team and help drive the success of our Neurology portfolio across Denmark and Finland.


As a key member of the Medical Affairs team, you will lead our scientific exchanges and provide expert medical guidance for our Neurology portfolio in the prioritized countries. You will act as the main link between the company and the medical community- ensuring the safe, effective use of our products while driving business growth.

This is a field based position, and we are searching for candidates based near our head office in Stockholm, Sweden or in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the primary medical expert for assigned neurology products, providing in-depth scientific and clinical knowledge to internal teams.

  • Collaborate closely with our teams to develop and review promotional materials, ensuring medical accuracy, and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), researchers, and medical organizations within the neurology field to facilitate scientific exchange and gather valuable insights.

  • Create medical plans that align with the overall medical strategy and lead scientific discussions in advisory boards, meetings, and educational programs.

  • Coordinating with the rest of Nordic Infucare’s medical unit to ensure the department meets its objectives.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to help deliver innovative therapies to patients living with Parkinson's disease. We are looking for a passionate, patient-focused professional with strong communication skills and an ability to translate complex scientific information for diverse audiences.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: A university degree in Biomedicine, Life Sciences, or a related field (a post-graduate degree such as an MSc, PhD, MD, or PharmD is preferred).

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Medical Advisor or Medical Science Liaison (MSL). Experience in a commercial role (e.g., Account Management or Sales) is a plus.

  • Medical Knowledge: Strong understanding of neurological disease areas. Knowledge of Parkinson's disease is an advantage, but not a must have.

  • Business Mindset: Ability to understand the bigger picture and balance the medical objectives with the overall commercial strategy .

  • Soft Skills: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Languages: Fluent in Swedish or Danish and English (essential). Finnish language skills are a plus.

  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Denmark and Finland as needed.
