Facility Manager
About this role
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Facility Manager ensure the efficient operation of equipment and machinery by overseeing and coordinating the maintenance team's activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivityPlays a key role in developing and maintaining a strong and sustainable safety culture; actively contributes towards the compliance of all regulations applicable to his/her domain(s) of competency including participating in inspections and audits.
Ensures site SOP are followed; leads the site team in SOP writing and continuous improvement, in order to ensure the plant and its network reaches their best operating point
Supports the facility’s FIT direction including (Mode 3) and Fit initiatives
Manage plant operations safely in specific non-standard modes and emergencies
Liaises with Sourcing and IM teams to coordinate loading and unloading of the products to achieve sourcing plan through Liquid Production Optimisation tool
Follows AL maintenance strategy to ensure effective organization and optimization of the facility, equipment and systems
Accountable for the completion of the routine and corrective M1 maintenance tasks
Communicates effectively with colleagues on-site, the cluster and Experts in order to identify trends, share data and disseminate information
Promotes compliance with all Group directives

Are you a MATCH?
Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or relevant maintenance domain
Fluency in written and spoken English
Technical competency in ASU operations, processes and related technology
Demonstrates teamwork and collaborative skills
Customer and results focused
Ability to confidently make decisions and work autonomously within scope of authority
Knowledge of at least 1 relevant maintenance domain is required (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) is preferred
