Clinical Support & Patient Care

  • Assist Nurses and Respiratory Therapists with patient assessments, treatments, and follow-up care.

  • Educate patients and caregivers on equipment usage, treatment plans, and health protocols.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Administrative & Scheduling

  • Schedule appointments, manage clinical calendars, and coordinate referrals.

  • Prepare and organize patient electronic charts, medical records, and clinical documentation.

  • Handle general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and data entry.

  • Provide administrative support for CPAP and Home Oxygen therapy programs.

Equipment & Inventory Management

  • Maintain, sanitize, and perform preventive care on medical equipment.

  • Provide clients with product information, specifically for CPAP equipment.

  • Manage clinical inventory, track supplies, and ensure stock levels are maintained.

Compliance & Professional Development

  • Strictly adhere to healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and patient confidentiality standards.

  • Participate in team meetings and training to continuously build clinical skills.

Are you a MATCH?

  • College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or Medical background preferred.

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, ERP & Google systems with strong data entry skills and selling skills.

  • 1-2 years of experience in general office practice.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualification and other job-related reasons. This job grade falls within a salary band starting at the minimum of $45,000 with opportunity for advancement.
