How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Lead and execute strategic initiatives to drive the Electronics Equipment and Speciality material business portfolio in assigned geography in India, focusing on key growth markets such as R&D centers, PV cell, flat panel display, and other electronic segments.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Lead and execute strategic initiatives to drive the Electronics Equipment and Speciality material business portfolio in assigned geography in India, focusing on key growth markets such as R&D centers, PV cell, flat panel display, and other electronic segments.

Understand customer needs and create technical solutions in coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts, fostering long-term relationships and identifying significant new business development opportunities.

Increase Air Liquide's market visibility through customer interactions and participation in conferences, seminars, and exhibitions.

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify high-potential customers, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes, translating insights into actionable growth strategies.

Develop and deliver compelling, tailored sales presentations to key stakeholders, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and solutions.

Negotiate and close complex sales agreements, including proposals, quotes, and contracts, demonstrating advanced negotiation skills and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., technical, marketing, finance, legal) to develop integrated solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.

Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive activities to maintain a leading market edge.

Proactively resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Champion Air Liquide initiatives and leverage all available sales and marketing resources to drive regional growth strategies.

Continuously enhance selling skills and technical/product knowledge through advanced training and self-directed learning.

Maintain meticulous records within the CRM tool (e.g., customer visits, opportunities, and accounts) and generate comprehensive reports for strategic decision-making.

Analyze customer portfolio performance against defined KPIs, deriving strategic measures aligned with the overall AL strategy.

Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism, reflecting company values.

Competencies (Mandatory/ Must to Have)

  • Extensive familiarity with industrial segments such as Electronics, PV Cell, R&D centres using ALD, CVD, PECVD, Analytical instruments and other processes where Specialty materials are required

  • Hands on knowledge of reading and understanding the detailed P&Id’s, FUM Data, PFD, technical understanding of gas and chemical distribution equipments and speciality materials and packagings

  • Proven success in utilizing a sophisticated consultative sales approach, delivering multi-layered value to customers through a diverse mix of sales solutions and products.

  • Deep understanding of customers' businesses, current macro- and microeconomic trends, industry dynamics, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

  • Exceptional organizational, written and oral communication, active listening, and presentation skills.

  • Highly self-motivated, autonomous, and capable of working independently to achieve and exceed challenging targets.

  • Possesses strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

Are you a MATCH?

Qualification:

  • B.E/B.tech preferably Chemical, Instrumentation, or any other equivalent qualifications.

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive B2B Sales/Business Development experience in Equipment sales, Project sales, to related industry segments such as PV cell, R&D etc with a proven track record of exceeding targets in a senior capacity.

  • Demonstrated success in leveraging deep knowledge of customer's business, current macro- and microeconomic trends, industry trends, and potential new business opportunities to drive significant business growth.
