Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing and proofreading legal documents, contracts and correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant laws, regulations and legal developments.
  • Support the Legal team in contract management, document filing and maintaining legal records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and other documentation to support ongoing legal projects.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Legal Department as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent.
  • Strong legal research, analytical and writing skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, organised and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Available for a minimum internship period of 3/6 months
