WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION

Supplier Registration & Master Data Management
  • Review and process new supplier registration requests in accordance with approved procedures and governance requirements.
  • Validate supplier information, including company registration documents, tax information, bank account details, and supporting documentation.
  • Perform supplier profile maintenance activities, including updates to supplier details, bank information, addresses, and supplier site creation.
  • Ensure supplier master data integrity, accuracy, and completeness within Oracle Fusion.
  • Manage supplier deactivation and reactivation requests in accordance with established policies.
Compliance & Due Diligence
  • Conduct supplier due diligence reviews, including KYC verification and supporting document validation.
  • Ensure compliance with Supplier Code of Conduct (SCOC), Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC), and other governance requirements.
  • Support audit inquiries and provide documentation related to supplier onboarding and maintenance activities.
  • Identify and escalate potential compliance risks and data quality issues.

  • Good negotiation and commercial thinking skills, able to understand procurement process
  • Able to prioritize, focus, persevere, manage time well and aim to deliver from start to finish (good project management skills), while being tolerant and having patience with people
  • Detail oriented, creative, analytical and good with numbers and analysis tools (MS-Excel /Google Sheet)
  • Positive with self and others, good in relationship management and able to influence others
  • Have integrity, ethical, respectful and service minded; able to collaborate with others from different cultures with different values, excellent in providing customer service and stakeholder management
  • Confident, self-initiator, great coordinator and able to adopt change
  • Able to network with others, be a team player; curious and strive for learning & self development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
