In this role, you will shape the future Finance application landscape, work closely with Finance, IT, and external partners, and play a key role in Finance transformation initiatives. You will have the opportunity to drive innovation, improve business processes, and make a lasting impact on the way Finance operates across the Group.

How you'll make an impact

• Own and continuously develop the Finance systems landscape from a business perspective, ensuring it supports Finance strategy, regulatory requirements, and business growth
• Define and manage the Finance systems roadmap, translating business needs into system capabilities and prioritizing enhancements across Finance platforms
• Act as the key interface between Finance, IT, software vendors, and implementation partners, ensuring business requirements are reflected in solution design and delivery
• Drive Finance process optimization, digitalization, and AI initiatives, increasing automation and reducing manual activities across the Finance function
• Ensure data quality, system integrity, and effective Finance controls across Finance platforms, including reconciliation processes and master data governance
• Support Finance systems in meeting regulatory and reporting requirements, including IFRS, Local GAAP, Solvency II, tax, and audit requirements
• Lead Finance workstreams in transformation and ERP projects, including change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and successful system releases
• Establish and maintain governance for Finance systems, including release management, change control, system performance monitoring, and compliance with internal policies

How you'll make an impact

What it takes to succeed in this role

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a comparable field, combined with several years of professional experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, Finance Systems, or ERP environments
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, including IFRS, and a good understanding of regulatory reporting; experience in Financial Governance is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with Finance systems and ERP platforms, particularly D365 Finance and / or SUN Systems are an advantage
• Experience in Product Ownership or Project Management, combined with an understanding of agile IT engineering and delivery practices; relevant certifications are an advantage
• Experience in ERP implementations, Finance process optimization, change management, digitalization, and AI-driven solutions, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, IT, and external partners in an international environment
• Fluent German and English are required, both in spoken and written form
