Outpatient Navigator Opportunity 

 

Position: Full-Time 

 

Shift:  Day 

 

For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide.  Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers on-site detoxification and inpatient programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have satellite clinics offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region and Metropolitan Phoenix.  Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music.

Summary of Duties:

The Outpatient Navigator works under the guidance of the Clinical Director. The Outpatient Navigator assists with the overall internal growth of the outpatient programs. The Outpatient Navigator identifies, educates, and assists in facilitating individuals from the inpatient unit to the outpatient programs. The Outpatient Navigator also works to improve the overall patient flow and access to outpatient care.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree with at least 6-months of behavioral health experience preferred. 
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Bachelors degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management related work.
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or able to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Completion of BLS and First Aid Training within 30 days of employment. 
  • Completion of Handle With Care Training within 30 days of employment
