About this role

About the Role:

You will help implement the Association's customer engagement strategy in Ghana. You will build beneficial relationships with educational institutions and corporate institutions in Ghana. These institutions are a critical sector for our growth strategy, and we ensure that they contribute to our total annual revenue. You will report to the Associate Director - Ghana and use a hybrid remote/in-office work pattern.

 

You Will:

  • Build relationships with tertiary institutions by aligning their syllabus with the CIMA syllabus.
  • Contribute to revenue and growth target for Ghana
  • Promote uptake of the academic pathway with academics.
  • Propel the sales of our PCGs (Promote Competency Globally) with academics in tertiary institutions.
  • Seek partnerships with Business Schools in Ghana to sell and teach the CIMA qualification in Ghana.
  • Promote uptake of the Certificate in Business Accounting and Finance Leadership Programme with school leavers.
  • Create a visible presence through face-to-face presentations at tertiary and corporate institutions.
  • Provide support to customers through several multimedia channels.
  • Receive enquiries and provide information about CIMA and the CIMA qualification to prospective and existing customers.
  • Keep current with any changes that might affect the customer.
  • Conduct pre/post lapsing and exam encouragement campaigns.
  • Influence potential CIMA students and assist with the student acquisition targets.
  • Plan and coordinate all branch and office events.

You Have:

Degree or business qualification, or equivalent experience.

3+ years' related working experience.
