About the Role
As a key contributor in Agency Strategy Development and Support team, this position plays an integral role in driving and facilitating agency strategy formulation, business performance analysis and reporting, Group function support and Investor Relationship (IR) related activities. Also, it requires strong stakeholder management and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams across Group Distribution (GD) and Local Business Unit (LBU) counterparts to drive alignment and achieve shared business objectives.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Agency Strategy Formulation: partner with the team leader to drive agency strategy development, including conducting thematic business performance analyses, engaging Group functions and LBUs in strategic discussions, and facilitating strategy reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and growth priorities.
- Group Agency Strategic Planning & Budgeting: support team to conduct annual strategic planning and budgeting cycle, coordinating GAD inputs and delivering required activities in a timely and high-quality manner.
- Business Performance Analysis and Reporting: Responsible for delivering assigned GAD business reports in a timely and high-quality manner, and conducting agency business performance analysis to identify key insights, trends, and areas for improvement, supporting senior management decision-making.
- IR related task and group function support: collaborating with group finance, group distribution office, and IR to support and execute IR-related activities requiring Group Agency Distribution (GAD) inputs.
- Responsible for providing daily management and operational support to the GAD CEO as assigned by the Team Leader.
- Any other tasks as assigned by manager subject to business needs.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred, along with experience in actuarial, financial analysis and reporting or related analytical functions.
- At least 8 years relevant work experience.
- A solid understanding of operation model of life insurance company as a must, Agency experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent teamwork and interpersonal capabilities.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with strong documentation and business writing capabilities.
