About the Role
The position is responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, providing technical design and solution leadership, driving AI-enabled solution innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.Job Description:
- Collaborate with local IT teams to clarify requirements, validate solutions, and align on proposed approaches.
- Take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring outcomes meet or exceed stakeholder expectations in terms of scope, quality, and timelines.
- Lead the development team in system architecture, technical design, and hands-on development activities.
- Leverage understanding of AI technologies to propose practical, scalable solutions and drive innovation within projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT related disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in technical leadership or PM role
- Has experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and frameworks
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and Devops practices
- Experience with system integration, APIs, and enterprise application development
- Strong understanding of Dify workflow design, including prompt flows, knowledge base integration, and multi-step orchestration
- Experience with AI agent workflows is preference.
- Good at reading and writing English. Fluent oral English.
- Fluent Cantonese is a plus.
