About the Role

Responsible for agency movement processing, reporting, system updates, business succession planning and policy assignment, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within the stipulated timeline.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all the agency movement transactions are processed as per regulatory and AIA requirements.
  • Ensure all the policy assignment are completed accurately and within the stipulated timeline.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of agency movement records between LIAM/MTA/PIAM and AIA records.
  • Maintain effective data management practice to ensure accurate records and proper documentation are kept up to date and retrievable.
  • Continue reviewing existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or establish new SOPs for new processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Liaise effectively with relevant parties to resolve all enquiries from agency and stakeholders within timeline.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as required to enhance operational performance and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from any field of studies from a recognized University.
  • Candidate with 2 years of related working experience in Distribution movement knowledge and handling. Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point).
  • Detailed-oriented person.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Problem solver with analytical mind.
