Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lifestyle Programming & Resident Engagement

Plan, coordinate, and host regular lifestyle events, workshops, and social gatherings designed for the 55+ active adult lifestyle.

Cultivate a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere that builds strong resident relationships and fosters community pride.

Serve as the point person for new resident orientation, move-in coordination, and ongoing communication.

Create and distribute monthly event calendars, newsletters, flyers, and internal communication tools.

Collaborate with the property team to resolve resident concerns and enhance the living experience.

Marketing & Outreach

Execute local marketing initiatives to drive interest and traffic to the community.

Manage the property’s digital presence, including social media content, reputation management, and listing platforms.

Assist in branding, design, and distribution of promotional materials using tools like Canva or similar platforms.

Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and referral partners for cross-promotion and events.

Support reporting and lead tracking in partnership with the leasing and property management team.

Support Functions & Collaboration

Answer calls, greet guests, and provide tours as needed to support leasing and team efforts.

Maintain accurate records for events, outreach, and marketing performance metrics.

Help coordinate resident feedback initiatives and support retention and renewal efforts.

Collaborate with property managers, regional teams, and corporate staff on larger marketing and resident experience campaigns.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

Required: High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in hospitality, event planning, customer service, or marketing.

Preferred: Experience in senior housing, multifamily, or 55+ communities. Proficiency in social media, Canva, or property management software. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
