About this role
Job Description
- Ordering Process Engineer strives to ensure supply chain delivery commitments meet customer delivery requirements. Responsible for Sales Order Fulfillment management & coordination.
• Closely work with COpC to understand the customer requirements and identify the process & operation issues and drive to the continuous improvement through the order fulfillment process.
• Duties may include order status update, shipment expedition, trade order rescheduling, DEFOA analysis & coordination, return coordination, service order daily track, internal order processing and other Logistics related requests coordination.
• Monitor stock replenishments, coordinate with other LCs and the WW part/product controllers for the stock transfer & supply for customer satisfaction & revenue optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong command of English and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to support internal and external communication.
• SAP knowledge and experience preferred
• Solid understanding of logistics operations including order fulfillment, inventory coordination, delivery scheduling, and exception handling.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, able to manage data accuracy and ensure timely processing of customer orders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams.
• Strong sense of accountability and customer orientation.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
