Head of Sales Radiology North Latam
About this role
The Head of Sales is responsible for leading the Radiology Sales organization across North LATAM, driving revenue growth, profitable order intake, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction. The role is accountable for defining and executing the regional sales strategy, managing the sales pipeline and forecasting process, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring alignment with AGFA's business objectives and market opportunities.
The Head of Sales plays a key role in strengthening customer relationships, expanding strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth across the region.
What You'll Do (Duties & Accountabilities):

Maintaining a positive working relationship with Agfa Healthcare’s local and global professional sales and service organization.

Maintaining up to date knowledge of the industry trends and competitors’ solutions offerings.

Prioritize sales opportunities based on company objectives.

Participation in Radiology events and exhibitions.
-
Willingness to travel up to 40% of time and to customer sites, sales meetings and tradeshows or as required by business conditions.

Manage profitable order intake, margin and costs.

Manage funnel.
-
Create and execute local strategic plan.
-
Create and execute account strategy.
-
Hire and coach sales team.
-
Perform Customer Relationship Management.

Sponsor escalation processes and issue problems.

Develop skills of the Sales force concurrently with sold products and the local strategic plan.

Audit employee conformance to established business principles and regulatory affairs.

Execute tasks and programs derived from related SSU Manager role (if applicable).

Manage bid process.
-
Monitor accounts receivables (escalation / coaching).

Accountable for achieving revenue, order intake, profitability and market share targets for North LATAM.

Develop and manage relationships with distributors, channel partners and key strategic accounts.

Support commercial presentations and customer engagements in collaboration with Product Specialists and Pre-Sales teams.
Education:
-
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus.

Fluent English required.
Experience:
-
Minimum 4 years direct sales x=experience in Healthcare industries, preferably in Healthcare Radiology.
