Global Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose

The Global Digital Marketing Specialist owns digital demand generation, analytics, and digital brand presence for Agfa Radiology worldwide. This role manages all owned, earned, and paid digital channels to generate qualified pipeline, build brand awareness, and deliver measurable ROI, acting as the analytics backbone for the marketing team by turning data into insight for campaign optimization and budget decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Agfa Radiology's digital properties: website, landing pages, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic display, and email nurture flows.
  • Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards tracking MQL, SQL, CPL, and funnel conversion metrics.
  • Lead digital adaptation of global campaigns for regional Hub Leaders, including localized landing pages and geo-targeted ads.
  • Support trade show lead capture and post-event digital follow-up at major congresses (RSNA, ECR, Arab Health, UKIO).
  • Report monthly on campaign ROI and digital channel performance.
  • Act as the marketing organization's champion for CRM adoption and data hygiene.
  • Partner with the Global Product Marketing Manager and Global Ad&Promo Leader to ensure digital campaigns reflect current positioning, messaging, and brand standards.
  • Manage the digital marketing technology stack and evaluate new tools to improve campaign efficiency and attribution accuracy.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all digital marketing tools (CRM, Mail Marketing, Survey, etc)
  • Ensure all digital activity complies with GDPR and applicable healthcare data regulations.

Profile, Skills & Competencies

Experience & Background

  • Digital marketing experience in B2B, preferably MedTech or healthcare.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM integration (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Experience building lead scoring models and MQL/SQL qualification frameworks.
  • Typically, 4-7 years of digital marketing experience, with a track record of managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong command of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic tools.
  • Experience in email marketing & automation, webinar & virtual events, and Power BI.
  • Strategic approach to marketing attribution modeling and campaign performance storytelling.
  • Budget pacing and ROI reporting.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and healthcare data compliance requirements.

Language & Interpersonal Skills

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable operating cross-functionally across global and regional marketing teams.

Success Metrics / KPIs

  • Growth in qualified pipeline (MQL/SQL) generated through digital channels.
  • Digital campaign ROI and cost-per-lead (CPL) trends.
  • Website and landing page performance (traffic, conversion rate, SEO ranking).
  • CRM data quality and adoption across the marketing organization.
  • Timeliness and accuracy of monthly performance reporting.
