Job Summary

 

The candidate will support the manage equipment care strategy and assurance activities for ensuring sustainable pacesetting reliability, availability and optimized operational cost for Non-Production Assets in alignment with the Asset Delineation Policy

 

Duties & Responsibilities (Female Candidates are encouraged to apply)

1.       MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Perform assigned HSE accountabilities and participate in investigation of incidents, review findings, implement corrective action, communicate learning, track, and communicate effective closure of actions and to promote goal zero
  • Responsible for coordination of the short-, medium- and long-term planning and scheduling for all Non-Plant Area request (ERMTs) and integrity inspections, using planning tools
  • Support reliability analyses and performance monitoring to eliminate bad actors and for continual improvement to improve asset integrity, reliability, availability, and costumer experience
  • Support management of change process for the Non-Plant Asset, as well as conduct Hardware Barrier Assessments (HBA). 
  • Support the delivery of all new and or rehabilitated/upgraded assets for seamless operations and maintenance (with asset registration completed, equipment care strategies, spare parts and documentations loaded in CMMS).
  • Support the reviews and availability of critical spares and maintenance support services to ensures the seamless execution of all statutory, preventative, and critical corrective maintenance activities
  • Responsible for team’s administrative support, preparations of weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking and closeout of audit, incidence (PIMs) and meeting actions

4.       Number of supplemental design requests on third party submissions

5.       Number of follow up complaints arising from misunderstood CTQs

6.       Contract Performance 6. HSE Goal zero

7.       Timely delivery of high-quality process engineering deliverables against project schedules

 



Requirements

Education

B.Eng. / B.Sc. degree or equivalent in appropriate related engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability).

 

Experience/Certifications

·       Minimum 5 years post-graduation experience in engineering and/or maintenance, with planning and scheduling skills.

·       Ability to use AutoCAD will be an added advantage
