Structural BIM Technician/Modeler

Due to the continuing success and growth of our AESG team, a fantastic opportunity has opened up at our award-winning Specialist Consultancy, Engineering and Advisory Firm.
We are headquartered in London, Riyadh, Singapore and Dubai, Cape Town, Cairo & Sydney working throughout the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Our areas of expertise are represented in four core verticals: Building Engineering, Planning and Infrastructure, Strategy and Advisory and Commissioning, Handover and Asset Management.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain structural BIM models in accordance with project standards and BEP requirements.
- Produce drawings, sheets, plans, sections, details, schedules, and annotations from the BIM model of the structural system.
- Support multidisciplinary coordination, clash resolution, and model updates.
- Ensure consistency of view templates, scales, sheet standards, and title blocks.
- Assist with model audits, warnings management, and general model health checks.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure the model reflects current design intent accurately.
- Assist with submission packages and drawing issue workflows.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in BIM standards, families, templates, and workflows.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
- 1 -3 years of structural BIM / Revit experience.
- Good knowledge of Revit-based structural documentation.
- Understanding of structural drawings, detailing conventions, and coordination workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work closely with project teams.
