About Aero

At Aero Industries Inc., we specialize in manufacturing advanced, innovative tarp systems for the heavy-duty trucking industry. We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic, forward-thinking organization.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and driven Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced industrial setting. If you have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in environments where no two days are the same, this could be your perfect fit.

You will play a key role in keeping our machinery running smoothly—improving system efficiency, installing and repairing equipment, and contributing directly to increased productivity. This is a dynamic opportunity for a self-starter with a proactive mindset and a commitment to workplace safety.

  • Assist in various maintenance-related tasks including plumbing and electrical work as needed
  • Maintain an orderly and clean workspace using 5S and Lean methodologies

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience maintaining mechanical or industrial equipment (e.g. farm machinery, cars, lawn equipment)
  • Proven experience working in dynamic, fast-changing environments
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Recent participation in structured training or educational programs
  • Positive “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in agriculture, automotive repair, or related industries
  • Training or experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
