About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and driven Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced industrial setting. If you have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in environments where no two days are the same, this could be your perfect fit.
You will play a key role in keeping our machinery running smoothly—improving system efficiency, installing and repairing equipment, and contributing directly to increased productivity. This is a dynamic opportunity for a self-starter with a proactive mindset and a commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all federal and local safety regulations including OSHA and ADA requirements
- Perform scheduled maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure maximum uptime
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues alongside production staff
- Execute repairs to minimize production downtime
- Support safe operations by conducting routine safety checks on the production floor
- Assist in various maintenance-related tasks including plumbing and electrical work as needed
- Maintain an orderly and clean workspace using 5S and Lean methodologies
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience maintaining mechanical or industrial equipment (e.g. farm machinery, cars, lawn equipment)
- Proven experience working in dynamic, fast-changing environments
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
- Recent participation in structured training or educational programs
- Positive “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in agriculture, automotive repair, or related industries
- Training or experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Welding and fabrication skills
- Familiarity with Lean principles and 5S workplace organization
