Minimum Qualifications
Essential:
- Proven track record in leading agile teams as Scrum Master or RTE
- Successful stories on using AI to improve your own daily work and team’s work.
- Relevant Agile certification, e.g., Certified SCRUM Master
- Motivation to build up an environment for high performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
- Experience on software development as developer
- Strong English language skills
- Well-structured approach to do root cause analysis
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Can-do attitude, self-driven and self-motivated
- Experiences in coaching and training people (also cross-functional)
- Tools:
- AI tools ( e.g., MS copilot, GitHub copilot, etc)
- Jira
- Confluence
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Experience on SAFe, Kanban, Lean, etc
- Knowledge and experience on ASPICE or CMMI
- Expertise on certain areas (e.g., retro, DSU, requirement analysis, design, etc)
- Product Owner experience
- Education in Electrical engineering, Computer science
- C++/Java/Web Technologies, Linux
- Knowledge and experience about ATE business
- Experience with western culture
