About this role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing post-sales support services to customers, which includes enabling production ramp-up, yield improvement, production issues resolution and production solution implementation. As a member of the customer-facing team, the candidate will work closely with Account Managers, Service Sales and the System Application teams to deliver account priorities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job responsibilities

  • Provide post-sales service support for Advantest Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
  • Support customers in resolving production correlation/low yield and program related issues.
  • Ensure timely production ramp-up and manage the resolution of production issues.
  • Support ATE integration into customer’s production environment.
  • Provide technical feedback to the factory to drive product improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for production solution business in collaboration with Service Sales team.
  • Ensure service contract deliverables are met.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 4 to 6 years of working experience in the semiconductor manufacturing and test operations.
  • Good knowledge of digital/mixed signal test methodologies.
  • Proficient in C++, Java and script programming. Knowledge of Advantest V93000 software and debugging tools will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in factory automation and production solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Some experience in project management and customer-facing support management preferred.
  • Strong problem solver with good technical capabilities and good communication skills, self-motivated, customer focused and result oriented.
  • Occasional travel required, sometimes on short notice.
