Job Description: Manufacturing Operator (Second Shift)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Manufacturing Operator to join our second-shift team. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided over several months. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow within a small, dynamic group where individuals frequently wear multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day manufacturing operations in a clean, organized environment. Learn and follow established processes with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Assist engineers by accurately reporting data and observations from various processes.
  • Operate equipment and handle materials according to safety guidelines.
  • Maintain work areas and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of following instructions carefully.
  • No prior HDI (high-density interconnect) fabrication experience required; full training will be provided.
  • Comfortable working in a small team environment where responsibilities may vary.
  • Preferred Attributes:
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with engineers and peers.
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and organized. Applicants who do not strongly embody these qualities will not be a good fit for our team.
  • Willingness to work on various manufacturing processes
