About this role
- Skillfully use rework tools to repair ATE load board / Probe card.
- On-site trouble shooting, investigate and analyze cause of product problems and determine proper solutions. Produce timely and detailed repair service reports.
- Establish good communication and a solid aftermarket service relationship with customers and improve their satisfaction to become a loyal customer.
- Build positive relationships with customers. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
- Reporting work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed.
- Collect service market information and feedback to service superiors.
- Collaborate with technical team and share information across the organization. Share, instruct and coach other colleagues with products knowledge and gained experience.
Qualifications
- At least 8-year customer service or engineering experience.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting process and skills.
- Knowledge of IC test theory.
- Self-starter with a positive and optimistic manner.
- Willing to travel.
