About this role
本職務將負責工業電腦（IPC）產品的開發與導入，涵蓋規格擬定、測試驗證、量產導入及產品文件編寫（如SOP）、流程優化及異常處理等。您將與研發、品保、製造、及業務等多部門密切合作，確保產品符合技術規格與市場品質標準。團隊文化重視技術創新與跨部門協作，適合具備電腦硬體知識、具系統思維與良好溝通能力的工程師，參與我們在x86架構IPC領域的持續成長與全球布局。
主要工作內容
- 負責工業電腦產品導入量產製程，並持續改善產品品質與生產效率
- 協助產品測試驗證（功能、相容性、異常維修等）與問題分析
- 撰寫與維護產品文件（包含SOP、流程優化等）
- 與研發、製造、品保等單位合作，導入產品至量產階段
- 支援客戶端技術問題及持續追蹤產品品質改善
人才需具備
- 學歷：大學以上，電機、電子、資工等理工科系
- 經驗：具x86 IPC產品開發或技術支援經驗佳
- 技能：熟悉硬體架構、測試工具使用、具備問題分析與跨部門溝通能力
、能讀懂硬體規格圖、具撰寫SOP與驗證流程經驗 - 語文：基本英文閱讀與書寫能力（需讀寫技術文件）
加分項目
- 熟悉工業電腦週邊規格（如COM、PCIe、SATA、M.2）
- 具產品導入流程（NPI）、生產轉換與DFX相關經驗
- 有處理ODM/OEM專案經驗或跨國客戶技術溝通經驗者佳
- 熟悉NVIDIA Jetson系統，Linux&Ubuntu指令操作技能
