About this role
職務概要
我們正處於工業 AI 轉型的核心，專注於開發先進的 Edge AI 部署平台。我們將生成式 AI 與實體 AI 從雲端釋放，推向工業邊緣端。透過整合異質晶片（NVIDIA, Intel, Qualcomm）的算力，我們打造一個兼具隱私安全、高效監控與一致性體驗的平台解決方案，解決工業客戶最在意的數據隱私與即時控制難題。
主要工作內容
負責實體AI（Physical AI）與生成式AI（Generative AI）模型的訓練、微調、部署與實際應用落地。主要開發語言為:
- Nodejs, Python (Backend)
- Vue, React (Frontend)
將AI模型優化並部署至邊緣裝置（Edge Devices），確保在有限算力、記憶體與功耗條件下高效運行。 使用主流AI框架進行模型開發、轉換與推理加速，包括但不限於：
- PyTorch
- ONNX
- OpenVINO
其他相關框架（如TensorRT等專案需求）
必要條件 (EX. 包含學歷、幾年經驗、skillsets、語文能力、是否須具備證照、是否須配合出差)
學歷：碩士以上（資訊工程、電機工程、數學、統計、電腦科學等相關領域） 工作經驗：3–5年AI/ML相關實務經驗（具邊緣AI或模型部署經驗者優先） 語文條件：英文 -- 聽 /中等、說 /中等、讀 /精通、寫 /精通 擅⻑⼯具：Windows、Linux、Git、Docker, VSCode、AI Coding Assistant (Codex, GitHub Copilot) 核心技術能力：
- 熟練使用 Python進行AI相關開發
- 具備 機器學習 / 深度學習 基礎與實作經驗
- 熟悉主流深度學習框架，PyTorch、ONNX、TensorFlow
- 熟悉 Linux 與 Windows 開發環境
- 具備前端開發經驗，熟悉 Vue.js 與 React 等主流框架
- 具備後端開發經驗，熟悉 Java 與 Go 語言
- 了解Docker 容器化技術，並知道如何使用Docker File, Compose
加分條件
具備 NVIDIA Triton Inference Server 或相關 AI Serving 工具的使用經驗。 具備資料庫設計與操作經驗（SQL / NoSQL 皆可）
