About this role
工作职责
负责 WISE-IoT 产品与解决方案的规划、设计及生命周期管理，深入理解工业客户业务场景与行业需求，推动产品从需求分析、产品定义到产品发布与持续迭代。
（1）产品规划与设计：负责产品 Roadmap 规划与版本管理，分析市场需求、行业趋势及竞争产品；
（2）行业场景与项目实践：参与重点客户项目需求分析与方案设计;
（3）产品开发与生命周期管理：协同研发团队完成产品开发与发布，持续提升产品竞争力与客户价值;
（4）AI与智能化产品规划：参与下一代工业智能产品与解决方案规划;
（5）跨团队协作：跨区域跨团队协作推动产品全球落地;
任职要求
（1）本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、软件工程等相关专业;
（2）5年以上 To B 软件产品经理经验，具备完整产品规划与生命周期管理经验;
（3）熟悉企业软件、工业软件、SaaS 或工业互联网产品，有智能制造或能源管理行业经验者佳，有AI相关产品规划经验者佳；
（4）具备优秀的逻辑分析能力、沟通能力及跨团队推动能力；
（5）具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够参与英文会议及需求讨论；
