Project Manager - AURES (iService/ 林口園區)
About this role
As a Project Manager at Advantech, you will lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects for Advantech UTC or AURES, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to market launch. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure seamless resource integration and efficient processes to deliver scalable solutions for the retail, hospitality, and service industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects for POS and Kiosk solutions in the iRetail domain.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality
- standards, aligning with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Oversee the project lifecycle, maintaining strict quality control at every stage.
- Manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables with strategic precision.
- Optimize development costs and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Expertise in project goal setting, scope management, and business alignment.
- Skilled in cost control, resource allocation, and balancing priorities.
- Strong collaborative skills to effectively work with cross-departmental teams.
- Experience in maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
