職務概要
L11 SkyRack 團隊負責將高密度 AI 運算需求，轉化為可量產、可交付、可服務的整機櫃解決方案。隨著 AI Server 功耗與機櫃密度持續提升，水冷設計將成為 SkyRack 產品線的重要發展方向；但水冷方案的導入不只是散熱能力本身，也需要同時考量機櫃內部配置、電力安全與製造測試流程。此職位將負責 SkyRack 水冷與整機電整合方案的產品規劃，將客戶對高密度運算、散熱與電力導入成本的需求，轉化為可交付的產品方案。此角色需要能理解市場與客戶需求，也需要能與工程、業務及服務團隊合作，推動產品從方案定義、工程開發、測試驗證到量產導入。
主要工作內容 / Job Descriptions
規劃 SkyRack 水冷與整機櫃方案的產品方向，定義目標市場、客戶應用情境、產品定位與差異化價值。 將客戶對高密度運算、散熱能力、電力配置、維護方式與導入成本的需求，轉換為產品規格、選配架構與商業方案。 與工程團隊合作，確認整機櫃的機構配置、電氣設計、圖面資料、組裝方式與測試要求，確保方案具備製造與驗證可行性。 評估水冷與整機櫃相關合作夥伴，從技術能力、成本與後續服務等面向，建立適合的商業合作模式。 協調工程、製造與服務團隊，推動樣品驗證、量產導入、客戶驗收與現場問題追蹤。
必要條件
1. 學歷：大學以上，機械、電機工程或相關科系尤佳。
2. 經驗：5年以上產品管理、技術專案管理、方案規劃、售前技術或資料中心 / 伺服器 / 機櫃 / 散熱相關經驗。
3. 具備散熱系統、資料中心基礎設施、整機櫃方案或機電整合的基本理解，能理解工程限制並轉化為產品決策。
4. 熟悉硬體產品從需求確認、工程開發、樣品驗證、試產到量產導入的基本流程，能與工程與製造團隊共同推動產品落地。
5. 可閱讀英文技術文件，並能以英文進行基本會議溝通、Email往來與供應商資料整理。
6. 需能配合國內外客戶拜訪、供應商會議、展會或工廠支援。
加分條件
1. 具備資料中心散熱、液冷方案或高密度運算基礎設施相關產品經驗。
2. 曾參與整機櫃產品的機電整合、工程驗證、客戶導入或量產導入。
3. 具備將客製化專案整理成標準化平台、選配架構或可複製產品方案的經驗。
