About this role
職務概要
L11 SkyRack 團隊負責高階機櫃運算產品的跨部門整合，專案內容涵蓋客戶需求、BOM、料號、工程驗證與組裝測試。隨著專案與客戶數量增加，團隊需要一位能穩定追蹤細節、維護資料正確性，並協助推動專案節奏的產品經理。特別是在客戶專案確認後，將客戶需求轉換為內部可執行的開發計畫，並追蹤規格確認、工程驗證、試產與量產導入。此職位需要具備工程專案管理思維，能主動追蹤問題、整合跨部門回覆，並確保各階段行動與交付項目被正確推進。
主要工作內容 / Job Descriptions
1. 專案確認後的啟動與執行，整理開發範圍、關鍵時程、交付項目與內部負責窗口。
2. 追蹤新產品導入進度，包含需求確認、工程驗證、試產準備與量產導入，確保各階段進度清楚且可追蹤。
3. 維護 BOM、料號、版本紀錄、設計變更與專案文件，確保資料正確、可追溯，並支援後續採購、製造與客戶交付。
4. 與工程、製造與供應商合作，追蹤樣品、物料、包裝與出貨相關事項。
5. 協助整理客戶需求與內部回覆內容，建立清楚的追蹤表、文件清單、專案報告與交付資料。
必要條件
1. 學歷：大學以上，工程、資訊、企管或相關科系。
2. 經驗：3 年以上專案管理、產品管理、工程管理、NPI 新產品導入或硬體產品開發相關經驗。
3. 具備良好的邏輯整理、資料維護、時程追蹤與跨部門溝通能力，能處理多專案、多任務與細節追蹤。
4. 具備基本英文閱讀與Email撰寫能力，可理解客戶規格、簡單技術文件與會議紀錄。
5. 願意學習高階機櫃產品與產業應用場景，並能在工程、製造與業務團隊之間協助溝通與追蹤。
加分條件
1. 具備硬體產品的新產品導入、試產或量產導入專案經驗。
2. 熟悉產品資料維護流程，例如 BOM、料號、版本管理或設計變更追蹤。
3. 曾與海外客戶 / 供應商協作。
