About this role
【職務概要】
負責智慧醫療 x86 平台產品之技術支援，提供 BIOS、Driver、Windows/Linux 作業系統及硬體整合相關技術服務，與客戶及研發團隊合作分析並解決產品問題，協助產品順利導入及量產。
【工作內容】
1. 負責 x86 嵌入式平台產品之技術支援，協助客戶進行系統導入與整合。
2. 執行 Windows/Linux 作業系統、Driver、BIOS 及周邊裝置之驗證、整合與問題分析。
3. 分析系統開機、硬體相容性、USB、PCIe、LAN、Display、Storage 等平台相關問題，協助釐清 Root Cause 並提供解決方案。
4. 協助客戶進行 BIOS 客製化需求評估、功能驗證及導入測試。
5. 與 PM、BIOS、EC、EE、SW 等跨部門合作，追蹤並解決客戶技術問題。
6. 撰寫測試報告、技術文件及操作文件，協助知識分享與技術傳承。
7. 提供售前技術評估及售後技術支援，協助客戶產品順利導入及量產。
【必要條件】
1. 2年以上AE/FAE相關工作經驗。
2. 學、碩士電子、電機、資工、醫工或相關科系畢業。
3. 具備以下任二至三項經驗者佳：
• x86 Platform、IPC 或 Embedded System 相關經驗。
• Windows 或 Linux 作業系統安裝、設定及問題分析能力。
• BIOS／UEFI、Driver 或 Firmware 基本概念。
• 熟悉 USB、PCIe、LAN、Storage、Display 等介面及硬體除錯流程。
4. TOEIC 700 分以上佳，具備英文技術溝通能力。
5. 具良好邏輯分析能力、跨部門溝通能力及客戶服務熱忱。
6. 能配合國內外出差。
【加分條件】
1. 具系統整合（System Integration）或產品驗證經驗。
2. 具 Hardware Compatibility Test或產品驗證經驗。
3. 熟悉 Windows Driver、Device Manager、Event Viewer 等系統問題分析工具。
4. 對系統除錯及問題分析有興趣，具獨立思考及 Root Cause Analysis 能力者尤佳。
