What You'll Do
As an RBT, you'll work directly with clients under the supervision of a BCBA to help them achieve meaningful progress.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings
  • Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills
  • Implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collect accurate session data and document client progress
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers
  • Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies
  • Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices
  • Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings

What We're Looking For
We're looking for professionals who are passionate about helping others and committed to providing exceptional care.
Required
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
  • (Applicants must already be certified.)
Preferred
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
  • ABA or behavioral health experience
  • Experience using CentralReach (preferred but not required)

  • Able to pass a background and reference check
Physical Requirements
This position involves active engagement with clients and may require:
  • Sitting, kneeling, bending, squatting, and moving throughout sessions
  • Lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds
  • Safely implementing behavior intervention strategies when needed
  • Working in home and community environments with varying activity levels
