- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- (Applicants must already be certified.)
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- ABA or behavioral health experience
- Experience using CentralReach (preferred but not required)
- Compassionate and patient
- Reliable and professional
- An excellent communicator
- Comfortable working with diverse ages and behaviors
- Able to pass a background and reference check
- Sitting, kneeling, bending, squatting, and moving throughout sessions
- Lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds
- Safely implementing behavior intervention strategies when needed
- Working in home and community environments with varying activity level
- $23–$28/hour based on experience
- $500 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days
