Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of low-code developers.
  • Manage project delivery, resource allocation, and development timelines.
  • Design and oversee scalable solutions using low-code platforms (Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, etc.).
  • Establish and enforce development standards, governance, and best practices.
  • Oversee integrations with enterprise systems, databases, and APIs.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure solution quality, security, and performance.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
  • Resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in low-code platforms.
  • 2+ years of team leadership or technical management experience.
  • Strong expertise in at least one major low-code platform.
  • Experience with SQL databases, APIs, system integrations, and application lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, or similar technologies is preferred.
