- Ensuring the successful delivery of software services to clients.
- Manage department members to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
- Manage department members are following the internal processes, providing guidance as needed.
- Support the regional business expansion strategies.
- Provide improvement and innovation proposals to increase productivity and quality of work.
- Support commercial team to prepare technical solutions and estimates for new project.
- Oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Identifying and resolving issues or obstacles that may impact service delivery.
- Maintaining effective communication with clients, providing regular updates, and addressing concerns.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by meeting their needs and expectations.
- Adhering to quality standards and best practices in software service delivery.
- Cascade departmental target for each Senior Team lead/ Team Lead, provide guidance as needed.
- Support commercial team to prepare technical solutions for new project.
- Responsible for software team technical growth.
- Computer Science degree or any relevant background.
- 10+ including 5+ as a developer or similar role and 5+ leading a team.
- Experience in software development and enterprise architecture.
- Experience in manage and oversee project management processes.
