Consultant Beyond Payroll

What You'll Do

DSN Operations (France)

• Process and submit DSN Event Reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.
• Manage weekly Sick Leave and Occupational Accident (AT) declarations.
• Monitor, analyze, and correct CRT (Compte Rendu Technique) errors and rejections.
• Follow up on issues until successful resolution and validation.

DSN FCTU Management

• Execute and monitor FCTU Test and Real runs for Settlement Lists 1 and 2.
• Analyze results and identify discrepancies or transmission errors.
• Communicate findings to clients and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Ensure timely submission of FCTU declarations according to payroll schedules.
• Maintain compliance with French payroll and social security regulations.

Payroll Support & Error Resolution

• Analyze payroll and DSN-related errors within SAP payroll processes.
• Investigate root causes and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Raise and monitor support tickets when required.
• Provide clients with guidance and recommendations to resolve payroll issues.
• Ensure issues are addressed within agreed service levels.

RPA Controller Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of payroll automation robots.
• Review robot execution results and identify process failures.
• Maintain and update Process Definition Documents (PDD).
• Coordinate with the RPA Support Team in India to investigate and resolve automation incidents.
• Support continuous improvement and automation optimization initiatives.

Client-Facing Engagement

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with Tier 2 Support teams.
• Partner with Payroll Operations and Client Service teams.
• Coordinate with the RPA Support Team and technical stakeholders.

External Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned DSN processes.
• Participate in monthly operational and production meetings with clients.
• Present and explain DSN-related reports and results.
• Communicate payroll calendar updates and process changes.
• Provide expertise and guidance on DSN requirements and statutory reporting.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue management.

Training & Continuous Improvement

• Support onboarding and training of new associates.
• Coach and mentor team members on DSN and payroll processes.
• Share best practices and operational knowledge across the team.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation initiatives.
• Contribute to process standardization and operational excellence projects.

What You Bring

• Strong knowledge of French Payroll and DSN processes.
• Experience managing statutory payroll reporting and social security declarations.
• Proficiency in SAP Payroll and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with automated payroll processes and RPA environments is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• English communication skills at B2 level or above.
