About this role

As a Associate Implementation Consultant, you will be an integral part of our development team, contributing to the design, development, customization, and support of Workforce Management solutions for multinational clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Software Development & Technical Analysis

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Workforce Management solutions using JavaScript and SQL.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand client requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and implementation guides.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Support system enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices and coding standards.

Database Development & Integration

  • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database scripts.
  • Support data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ADP solutions and client systems.
  • Analyze data flows and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and quality across environments.
  • Assist in designing and implementing APIs and system interfaces.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Develop and execute unit tests and support integration testing activities.
  • Assist in creating test scenarios and validating business requirements.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
  • Investigate defects and collaborate with team members to resolve issues.
  • Ensure solutions meet quality standards and project requirements.

Project & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, Product Management, Project Management, and Client Services.
  • Provide regular updates on assigned tasks and raise risks or blockers proactively.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • English advanced, other European language is a plus
  • Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Understanding of software development principles and coding best practices.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Passion for technology, software development, and continuous learning.
