Job Title: QA/QC Projects
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor construction activities to ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Verify materials and workmanship comply with project specifications.
Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with project, site, and contractor teams to resolve quality concerns.
Ensure compliance with applicable quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of QA/QC experience in real estate or construction projects.
Skills:
Knowledge of construction quality standards and inspection procedures.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation.
