Assistant Manager

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition to joining.
  
• Understand job requirements and prepare appropriate sourcing strategies.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, social media, and direct sourcing.
  
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and organisational requirements.
  
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
  

2. Real Estate & Sales Recruitment

• Recruit Sales Managers, Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, Business Development Managers, CRM personnel, and channel-sales professionals.
  
• Identify candidates with experience in residential, commercial, plotted development, or other real estate segments.
  
• Recruit site-level and project-level manpower as required.
  
• Understand sales targets, incentive structures, and the specific requirements of real estate sales positions.
  

3. Project & Construction Recruitment

• Support recruitment for Project Managers, Site Engineers, Civil Engineers, Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Planning Engineers, MEP professionals, Safety Officers, QA/QC personnel, and other project positions.
  
• Coordinate with Project Heads and functional managers to understand manpower requirements.
  

4. Corporate & Support Functions

• Handle recruitment for HR, Finance & Accounts, Legal, Administration, Procurement, IT, Marketing, CRM, and other corporate functions.
  

5. Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand vacancies and candidate requirements.
  
• Schedule interviews and obtain timely interview feedback.
  
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
