Houston, United States of AmericaAlleima is looking for a Technical Sales & Business Development Specialist to help accelerate the growth of our Hydraulic & Instrumentation (H&I) tubing business across the United States and Canada.

This is a customer-facing role for someone who enjoys developing new business, building strong relationships, and turning customer needs into commercial opportunities. You are equally comfortable discussing customer applications and technical requirements as you are developing account strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and negotiating commercial agreements.
You'll work directly with distributors, OEMs, EPCs, fabricators, contractors, and end users while helping shape the future of key energy and industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow Alleima's Hydraulic & Instrumentation tubing business across the United States and Canada.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within targeted energy and industrial markets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, OEMs, EPCs, fabricators, contractors, and end users.
- Establish Alleima as the preferred supplier of Hydraulic & Instrumentation tubing solutions through customer engagement and market development.
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, business reviews, and industry networking activities.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Product Management, Technical Marketing, and Operations to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Lead technical and commercial discussions related to customer applications, quotations, pricing strategies, contracts, and supply agreements.
- Gather and communicate market intelligence, customer feedback, competitive activity, and emerging industry trends.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technical Discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Three or more years of experience in technical sales, business development, account management, application engineering, or industrial sales.
- Experience in instrumentation, fluid systems, tubing, fittings, valves, process equipment, refining, petrochemical, LNG, hydrogen, industrial gas, or related industrial markets.
- Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships, identify opportunities, and drive business growth.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance technical discussions and commercial decision-making.
Travel
Approximately 75% travel throughout the United States and Canada.

Salary range for this position is $75 - $110,000 plus a quarterly bonus opportunity.
