Job Purpose: This role is responsible to drive operational excellence and reliability of plant systems through strategic planning, and rigorous quality assurance processes. The role encompasses managing quality, overseeing regular maintenance, implementing inspection checks and tests to prevent equipment failures, and managing high-quality standards during overhauls and equipment installations. Additionally, the role involves engaging and developing the team to ensure a high-performance culture and continuous improvement in all aspects of the department's functions.
