A safe, secure campus is the foundation of student success and you'll be a senior leader in protecting it. As a Senior Safety & Security Advisor, you'll work alongside the security team to keep students and staff safe, investigate accidents and incidents, and drive the training, inspections, and compliance that reduce risk and prevent future occurrences.
This is a role for someone with a security, law enforcement, or military background who brings vigilance, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to treating people with respect while holding them accountable.

What You'll Do
Keep the Center Safe & Secure
Work with the Safety & Security Department to maintain a safe, secure Center environment. Take responsibility for Center security, visitor control, and student accountability, coordinate staff coverage so student areas are supervised, and ensure all staff adhere to rest and meal break requirements.
Drive Safety Compliance & Training
Ensure Center compliance with PRH and OSHA safety and health requirements, all DOL, Job Corps, and Company safety directives, and the Center's Environmental Health Program. Conduct and document Center-wide safety and accident-prevention training, comply with DOL/Company reporting requirements, and participate in the student/staff safety awards program.
Investigate, Analyze & Prevent
Conduct and document incident and accident investigations per established timelines and requirements, with the goal of resolution and reduction of future occurrences. Conduct routine safety inspections and assessments of Center equipment and facilities to identify potential hazards, and compile, analyze, and summarize safety/security data taking appropriate action to resolve issues and concerns.
Support Students & Collaborate
Provide high-quality supervision that positively influences student behavior with respect and accountability. Mentor and model the Career Success Standards, provide timely operational support that advances program objectives, communicate clearly in writing and in person, resolve problems with sound judgment, partner with staff across all departments, and accept direction from the Center Director, Duty Officer, or Shift Manager including cross-department assignments and other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in military, law enforcement, or security
A valid in-state driver's license, meeting Company insurability requirements
