Maintenance Supervisor

💲 $65,000 per year | Full-Time |🕒 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm / Saturday & Sunday Off

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll help keep our campus safe, functional, and welcoming while leading a team responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our facilities.
🔧 What You'll Do
Assist with the overall management and daily operations of facility maintenance
Provide oversight and quality control for maintenance projects, contractors, and subcontracted work
Help plan maintenance schedules, budgets, staffing, and training
Supervise, train, and develop maintenance staff and Work-Based Learning students
Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance through the work order system
Assist with construction and facility improvement projects
Help develop and implement energy conservation initiatives
Prepare scopes of work and monitor contractor performance
Ensure maintenance activities meet local, Company, and government standards
Identify problems, coordinate solutions, and follow through to ensure work is completed properly
Promote a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for students and staff

Qualifications👷 What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Degree from an accredited school or technical certification preferred
Three or more years of supervisory experience required
Electrician, HVAC, and/or Plumbing license preferred
Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including walking, climbing, reaching, lifting, pushing/pulling, stooping, and crouching
